It's got better damage and its skills are more straightforward! From my experience, Flame's versatility wins. Its ranged attacks and the ability to fly make it superior for most situations.

Short answer: Flame FTW. Ghost doesn't hold a candle to it. As someone who grinds a lot in Blox Fruits, Flame is hands down better. Better damage output and more versatile moves.

Honestly, flame is better in grinding. sand is better in pvp in my experience cuz of stuns but flame can be better if used skillfully. if u ask me, flame is the better option.
